When making use of our services please note the following comments :
- Rising Sun Performance functions as a logistic service, this means we are not responsible for damages or defaults on the products you have bought through this auction site.
- When you have placed a bid on an item and you have won it you will be notified by us and payment must be made directly by PayPal, if not the bid isn’t valid.
- When you win an article and the payment is received it can’t be cancelled, bidding is binding.
- You have to be registered to place a bid and the all information required must be given.
- If you place a bid and the required fields to fill in are filled in incorrect we will contact you. If these fields are filled in properly after we have contacted you we will declare the bid invalid.
- Rising Sun Performance is authorized to cancel or delete biddings at all times, without declaring any reason.

When you have made a winning bid there will be additional fees:
- Japan Auction commission costs
- Bank charge to Japan Auction seller
- Domestic postage costs (based on size, weight and distance to ship)
- Rising Sun Performance fee (packing, storage, administration costs)
- Rising Sun Performance shipping costs (container & EMS)
