In the Netherlands a lot of people drive around with their turbo Honda, using a cheap 'ebay' turbokit. Due to cracking of the turbo-headers of these kits we get a lot of requests to build a crack-resistant and beter performing turboheader. If for some odd reason the header does break, crack or show any kind of malfunction the first owner gets a lifetime warranty against manufactoring defects!

This stainless steel thick wall Tig Welded header will provide faster spooling, higher horsepower and basically just more reliability than other turbo headers in this price-range on the market.
Our header features a full welded collector and head flanges. Both of these pieces are made of durable 321 stainless steel. 321 stainless steel is the same as the wellknown 304 SS but the 321 holds a bit of titanium. These pieces are stronger, more consistent and have smoother transitions than the cheaper "crappy" turbo-headers on the market.
The head flange and turbo flange are extra thick to guarantee a flat and even mating surface for the head and turbo. Mandrel bent 321 stainless steel thick wall runners are then TIG welded to the collector and the head flange to complete the assembly. The APE logo is now prominently displayed on one of the runners.
